As an expert on central New Jersey real estate, I keep track of every home for sale in the area. In some instances, I know of homes that aren't yet listed on the area Multiple Listings Service (MLS). If you will fill out the form below with as many details as possible, I will search my data for homes that meet your needs and budget.

Like most internet savvy house hunters, you have probably searched on Realtor.com for homes, called the associated phone # of the property you found interesting and then was told that the home is no longer available but they have others. Time after time, this can become quite frustrating. Finding a home that is actually available is like playing pin the tail on the donkey! The problem is that many homes on the "consumer" based websites are already under contract and Realtors advertise their new and old listings to help generate new business for themselves.

Unfortunately, the main MLS database systems that Realtors have access to, are only available to the licensed Realtors who pay a subscription fee. These main database systems feed all of the consumer websites out there. A lot more information is not shown to average the home shopper.. including the exact status of each property for sale.
